October 2016 will see opening ceremony for Navigator Business Center – the new business complex in Belgrade. The total investment value is estimated at more than 20 million EUR and Confluence Property Management is in charge for the property management.
Navigator Business Center is modern office space, Class A, with total rental area of approximately 44,000 m2, located at New Belgrade’s Central Business District, at Bulevar Milutina Milankovića, just 15 minutes away from the Airport „Nikola Tesla“. The business complex will feature outstanding working environment due to modern technical solutions so both local and international companies will be able to enjoy the comfort of office buildings and achieve new business accomplishments.
