Prior to joining Confluence Property Management as Head of Retail and later C.E.O., Mrs.Vujovic was an employee of Balkans Real Estate, where she focused on evaluating and identifying potential investment opportunities for the joint venture with Merrill Lynch. Before moving to Belgrade, Mrs. Vujović worked with GE Real Estate in both Prague and Milan. She is a graduate of Bocconi University, with a degree in International Economics and Management. Mrs. Vujovic’s next achievement is Executive Global Master degree in Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).READ ON
Mrs. Maksimovic graduated from a Faculty of Architecture in 2001 and she is a Licensed Architect - Designer by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers. During her professional career, she has worked as a Designer, Design Manager and Project Manager. Starting from 2009. she moved to Property and Asset Management working for Confluence Property Management. She spent 5 years working as a Head of Technical Operations, responsible for management, maintenance and operations as well as re-positioning, re-development and refurbishment of company’s portfolio, comprising Shopping Centers and diverse retail formats, with total GLA of more than 450.000m2, in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since 2014th Mrs Maksimovic is an Executive Director in Confluence Property Management, responsible for technical and financial operations, facility management as well as clients’ portfolio management. Extensive amount of experience in the areas of design, construction and management Mrs. Maksimovic obtained working both for Serbian architectural studios and construction companies as well as international project management companies. She demonstrated high level of knowledge and professionalism in this field by obtaining ICSC Certification in 2011th and becoming first Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) on Serbian market. In 2013th, demonstrating extensive level of knowledge and experience in shopping centers industry, with full scope of retailing and retail real estate, she has become one of the first Certified Retail Property Executives (CRX) by ICSC. Mrs Maksimovic is a member of ICSC CDP Admissions and Governing Committee since 2013th, and lecturer at the European Retail Property School (Berlin, Frankfurt, Prague).READ ON
Ms. Zečar joined Confluence after she left the leading insurance company in the region where she worked as Marketing and PR Director, responsible for marketing, external and internal communications of the company and cooperation with strategic stakeholders. Prior to this, Ms. Zečar worked for more than seven years in British American Tobacco South East Europe (BAT), where she was a member of marketing top team, responsible for the management of global drive brands in different markets. During her career in BAT, she was in charge of different managerial positions in brand and trade marketing, strategic planning and research. She joined BAT as Management Trainee through exclusive two-year program, where she was trained in the field of trade marketing, brand marketing, distribution, finance and planning. Before entering BAT, Ms. Zečar worked in the wholesale of cosmetic and beauty products being in charge of organizing and managing the sales and marketing in the Balkan region. Thanks to the great experience in the field of marketing, corporate communications and management she is a visiting lecturer at several universities.
Since 2014. Ms. Zecar is responsible for leasing, commercialization, marketing and PR of the portfolio of Confluence Property Management.
She graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, department for banking, finance and insurance after which she finished M.S. in Economics.
Prior to joining Confluence in 2011, Mr. Topić spent more than five years in British American Tobacco South East Europe, joining this blue-chip company within its highly competitive two-year Management Trainee program, covering Trade & Distribution, Brand, Strategic Planning & Marketing Research, and Marketing Finance departments. The last two areas were his executive positions, after which he focused on Corporate and Regulatory Affairs. In Confluence, he is now assuming the position of Executive Director for Planning and Organizational Development. He is also vice-president of NALED’s (National Alliance for Local Economic Development) Forum of Leaders for the Future, as well as one of eleven members of Serbian Government’s Working Group with the main task of defining concrete measures for improvement of Republic of Serbia’s position on World Bank’s Doing Business list. Mr. Topić is a graduate of Faculty of Organizational Sciences’ department of Management from the University of Belgrade.READ ON
