Thanks to strategic partnership between Confluence Property Management and Inditex Group, CPM team successfully arranged with Zara home to open its first store in Serbia. For that occasion was choosen UŠĆE Shopping Center, the biggest shopping mall that CPM has in portfolio.

The store measures 596 m2 and features an innovative designe, true to the current image of Zara Home around the world. The Group’s architecture team has designed a white façade with the white Zara Home logo. The store inside will present an avant-garde and elegant concept in harmony with the simplicity and respect for nature upheld in the materials used within the store.
